We guarantee that we will not change the price on anything we have quoted. Unless of course there are variations to the scope of work. In that case, we will endeavour to give you ample time to make a decision on how you want to proceed.
Communication
We understand that it is very important for you to have a good understanding of what is happening on site. You will have a dedicated project manager who is only a phone call away and you will have regular site meetings. Regular invoicing and updates on progress are timelines will ensure you are always be in touch with the project.
Cleanliness
We are committed to a clean site throughout the build, and will have a specific tidy up, prior to completion.
